The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined trait warranty on any subsystem unless stated any other way, along with on the entire machine. Weaknesses by reason of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We will not be held accountable for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your machine. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. Checking and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be null and void. This is to say, you should get your machinery rectified within every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to any time a technician offers a service at your place. A call-out fee will be charged except when the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out fee, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are recommend to be made by you.
