Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only supply limited trait warranty except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including defective equipment defects are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We shall not be held accountable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your component. For this reason aforestated shall not be covered by our warranty. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly vacant.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation and traveling costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial.
