Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforestated. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be promptly available upon appeal.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Common depletion replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and calibration as well as general cleaning are included in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is rectified within the equal of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, elseways your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say that within which case we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months, it is necessary that you get your machine improved within every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a specialist offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each of the above named plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement including travel costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The specialists required plans to be carried out to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be carried out by you.
