The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer constrained attribute guarantee on each subsystem if not stated any other way, as well as on the whole machine. Weaknesses due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We cannot be held liable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforestated. Usually damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon request.The machinery you are going to buy requires a routine service. The covered service plan includes everyday cleaning, analyzing and calibration, as well as standard decrement restoration at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machinery within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless. This is to say that in which case we choose that your machinery is rectified once every three months, it is required that you get your machinery rectified in every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your property. A call-out fee will be requested unless the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Coupled with the call-out charge, touring costs to your premises and accommodation if required, are on your account. The technicians necessary arrangements to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be made by you. If you would like for us to come to you, the prevailing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our premises and your premises.Beneficially analyze about call out including traveling costs beforehand as those fees may vary point by extent without notice.If you only want our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind or would like to know if the machine is fitted to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is suited for you. We will not require any fees for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with information on whether an alternative or additional service or service parts reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. During sustainment visits no reconstruction or hard labour work will be done and reservations can be made for this to be done at your and our earliest availability.We supply basic and/or overall training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the primary course has been completed however first primary entry courses is included in your machine purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. Analyze thus you will regularly be able to,in any manner and at any term, check the machines guarantee report and service history on our webpage or while disconnected.
