The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited trait guarantee on the entire machinery, as well as any subsystem unless stated differently. The covered service plan encloses basic cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as standard wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, it is required that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and void. Meaning that within which case we preferred that your machine is improved once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machine serviced within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each and every time time a specialist offers a service at your premises. Lest the call-out is included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged.
