Poor craftsmanship and unfit equipment weaknesses are covered by the attribute guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our constraint. Analyzing and adjustment, common cleaning , as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless should you not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine rectified within every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every three months or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to any point a specialist provides a service at your property. Unless the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out fee will be required.
