The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited quality guarantee on any subsystem except stated differently, along with on the entire machine. Weaknesses due to unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for misuse or general wear and tear of your machinery. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon demand.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The covered service plan consists of basic cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as basic depletion replacement at a minimal cost. It is required that your machinery is improved in the equal of twice that period, should you not service your machinery within the suggested service period, or else your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Touring costs to your place as well as settlement if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. The technicians necessary arrangements to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are recommend to be carried out by you. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the ongoing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our office including your property.Those fees may vary extent by instant without notice, so generously inquire about call out and traveling costs beforehand.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the appliance is adjusted to function optically. There is no fees for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with information on if an alternative or further assistance or service parts restoration is needed or if everything is in order. Bookings must be made for repairs or hard labour operate to be carried out at your/our earliest convenience as no improvements or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits.Our training centre offers primary and/or extensive training courses for all machines we sell.
