The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We provide restricted characteristic warranty on the entire machinery, as well as any subsystem if not stated otherwise. Weaknesses by cause of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. The machinery you are going to purchase needs a routine service. Standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and arrangement as well as common cleaning are covered in the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and void.
