The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including each subsystem, we only supply constrained quality guarantee unless stated otherwise. The trait guarantee covers weaknesses as a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship We will not be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your machinery. Therefore aforestated shall not be covered by our guarantee. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be readily accessible upon request.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service. Standard wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, investigation and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are included within the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machinery within the recommended service period, or else your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. This is to say, you should get your machine rectified in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a specialist offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out charge, transport costs to your property as well as settlement if essential, are on your account. The experts required preparations to be carried out to get picked up including sent back, are chosen to be made by you. First principal entry courses is combined in your machinery investment, however more promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been completed.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. You will accordingly always be able to review the machine's warranty report and maintenance history on our database or while disconnected - in any way and at any instant. By using the barcode we honour our machines assurance and servicing. This protects your ultimate comfort on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
