The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded feature warranty on the entire machinery, and any subsystem unless stated differently. The trait warranty covers defects due to defective components or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our responsibility. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are promptly vacant on inquiry.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The enclosed service plan consists of standard cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as common depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be null and ineffective should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning that in which case we choose that your machinery is rectified once every three months, it is compulsory that you get your machinery improved within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is concealed by each of the above plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement and touring costs to your property, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if required. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. Our machinery's warranty and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximum comfort on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
