The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

The quality warranty covers defects due to defective materials or poor craftsmanship We cannot be held responsible for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machinery. Quotations will be promptly vacant upon inquiry.The machine(s) you are going to obtain compels a regular service. The covered service plan consists of everyday cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as common depletion replacement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery rectified within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Except for when per-approved by management or included by each of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays. costs to your place and accommodation if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. The specialists necessary adjustments to be made to get picked up including sent back, are recommend to be done by you. If you would choose for us to go to you, the existing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our office as well as your premises.Attentively enquire about call out and transport costs beforehand as those costs may change extent by extent without notice.Our service plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you want to know if the machine is set to function optically.
