The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded attribute warranty on the whole machine, along with each subsystem lest stated differently. Shortages by cause of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our constraint. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are readily available.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. The included service plan includes everyday cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as standard ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and not viable if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you have to get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
Anytime a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or approved by the managers. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.In addition to the call-out cost, transport costs to your premises as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be carried out by you. When purchasing your machinery, first principal entry courses is combined in your investment, although more improved training can be bought after the primary course has been completed.A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. You will therefore constantly be able to check the machine's warranty report and servicing history on our webpage or while logged off - in any way and at any time. Our machines warranty and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate advantage on both the reselling and service of your machines.
The quotation above concerns our advanced model, including in essence the features, details as well as attachments are applicable thereto.
