The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give restricted attribute warranty on the entire machine, and any subsystem if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable equipment errors are covered by the feature warranty. We aren't accountable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly accessible on request.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Common depletion replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and arrangement as well as general cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and not viable should you not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning that within which case we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every three months, it is required that you get your machine improved in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a specialist provides a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required except when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or confirmed by the managers. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Transport costs to your establishment and accommodation if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the ongoing amount is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our place and your property.Those fees may vary time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call out including travel costs beforehand.If you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction or want to know if the appliance is adjusted to operate optically, our service plan is here for you. There is no fees for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our experts if an back-up or further assistance or spare parts restoration is needed or if everything is in order. During preservation visits no adjustments or intense labour operate will be carried out and bookings can be made for this to be practised at your and our earliest convenience.Our training centre offers basic and/or comprehensive training courses for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first basic entry courses is included in your purchase, but more improved training can be purchased after the principal course has been finished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. Therefore your machinery's assurance data and assistance history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any way and at any term on our site or while disconnected. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your ultimate advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
Seeing that the reference above relates to our brand new model, the features, specifications and additions are suitable thereto. Our sales assistances can be called relating to any inquiries of the generation model quoted. Based on lower execution or lower composition, you will be entitled to collect a 5% discount on older models, in which case we don't have the advanced model obtainable.
