The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, and any subsystem, we only provide confined characteristic guarantee except stated any other way. Weaknesses by cause of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We would not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your product. Therefore aforestated shall not be covered by our guarantee. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon demand.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to buy. Reviewing and calibration, common cleaning , as well as everyday wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost are covered in the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be null and not viable. Meaning, you have to get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a specialist supplies a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Except when arranged by the company or included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as travel costs to your place, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. You will thus regularly be able to review the machinery's guarantee information and service history on our database or while disconnected - in any way and at any time. We value our machinery's assurance and assistance by using the barcode. This secures your supreme convenience on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
