The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined quality guarantee on each subsystem except stated elseways, and on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including defective components shortages are covered by the quality warranty. We aren't responsible for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your component. Accordingly aforestated would not be covered by our warranty. Naturally, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be promptly available upon appeal.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. Investigation and positioning, everyday cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost are concealed in the service plan. Bookings have to be made for repairs or excessive labour work to be carried out at your/our quickest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour services will be practised during maintenance visits.Our training facility offers primary and/or full training courses for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first principal entry courses is combined in your investment, however more promoted training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.With all our mainline of machinery's a particular barcode is sold. Check accordingly you will evermore be able to,in any form and at any moment, analyze the machines assurance data and service history on our webpage or while disconnected.
