The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give restricted characteristic guarantee on the entire machinery, and any subsystem if not stated differently. Errors by cause of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We are not accountable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately available on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be demanding a routine service. Reviewing and positioning, everyday cleaning , as well as general decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost are concealed within the service plan. It is necessary that your machine(s) is improved in the equal of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service period, or else your service warranty will be useless and not viable. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
When a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested unless the call-out is concealed by each of the above plans or per-approved by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Coupled with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your property and settlement if essential, are on your account. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing rate increased by the driving distance between your establishment and our branch, should you prefer for us to go to you.Without notice, those costs may change time by time, therefore kindly enquire about call out as well as touring costs ahead of timeIf you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility or would like to know if the appliance is set to operate optically, our service plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our experts if an alternative or additional service or spare parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Unfortunately, no adjustments or intense labour function will be done during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability.Basic and/or full training courses are supplied through our premises for all machines we sell. When buying your machine, first fundamental entry courses is combined in your purchase, nevertheless more improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been completed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. Thus your machines guarantee information and assistance history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any form and at any term on our website or while disconnected.
