The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer bounded quality warranty on the whole machine, including each subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and faulty equipment errors are covered by the quality warranty. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our fault. Accordingly aforestated shall not be covered by our guarantee. Common depletion replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as everyday cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not fixed within the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every three months, you should get your machinery improved in every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Lest approved by managers or covered by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your premises and settlement if required, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. The technicians essential arrangements to be carried out to get picked up as well as sent back, are recommend to be made by you.
