The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only supply constrained trait guarantee except stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including defective components defects are covered by the trait guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our liability. Aforestated is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately available upon request.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to buy. The covered service plan includes everyday cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as common decrement replacement at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is required that your machine(s) is fixed in the equal of twice that period otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective. This is to say, you must get your machinery rectified in every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a service is provided at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless confirmed by management or covered by each and every time of the above plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your establishment and accommodation if crucial, are on your account, along with the call-out charge. The technicians required preparations to be made to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be made by you. If you would like for us to go to you, the ongoing amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our place as well as your establishment.Those costs may differ instant by point without notice, so kindly enquire about call out and travel costs ahead of time.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you simply want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the machinery is adjusted to function optically. You will for this reason evermore be able to check the machine's guarantee info and servicing history on our webpage or while logged off - in any form and at any moment. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's guarantee and servicing. This insures your ultimate comfort on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
