The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including each subsystem, we only offer restricted attribute guarantee if not stated differently. The characteristic guarantee covers weaknesses as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We cannot be held accountable for misuse or general wear and tear of your machinery. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be readily accessible upon inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. Standard ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and void if you do not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you must get your machinery improved in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a technician offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or approved by the management. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Along with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your establishment including accommodation if crucial, are on your account. The technicians necessary arrangements to be done to get picked up including sent back, are chosen to be done by you. The ongoing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our branch and your property, should you prefer for us to go to you.Beneficially enquire about call out and travel costs beforehand as those costs may differ point by point without notice.If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction or want to know if the machinery is set to function optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. No fees will apply for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our specialist whether an alternative or other service or spares reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. Regretfully, no reconstruction or intense labour function will be completed during a sustainment visit, but a booking should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience.Our premises offers principal and/or complete training courses for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be bought after the fundamental course has been completed however first basic entry courses is combined in your machinery investment.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. You will accordingly regularly be able to review the machine's warranty info and maintenance history on our website or while disconnected - in any form and at any instant. Our machines warranty and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your maximum comfort on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
The quotation above pertains to our brand new model, and in essence the focus points, details including accessories are relevant thereto. In the incident that we don't have the newest model available, you shall be designated to collect up to 5% exemption on the prior model, depending on lesser performance or lower design.
