The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only supply constrained attribute warranty lest stated elseways. Defects by reason of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our liability. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations will be promptly vacant upon request.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be demanding a regular service. Everyday decrement restoration at a minimal cost, analyzing and calibration as well as general cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you must get your machine fixed in every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. At the point of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement including touring costs to your property, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your maximal benefit on both the reselling and service of your machines.
