The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including any subsystem, we only provide confined characteristic warranty except stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship as well as faulty material weaknesses are covered by the quality warranty. We are not accountable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Thus aforesaid would not be covered by our warranty. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician offers a service at your premises. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is concealed by each of the above named plans or accepted by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Travel costs to your property as well as accommodation if required, are on your account, along with the call-out cost. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. The current percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our office including your place, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Beneficially inquire about call out and traveling costs beforehand as those fees may differ point by time without notice.If you just want our technician to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or want to know if the machinery is adjusted to operate optically, our maintenance plan is suited for you. No costs will be implemented for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an alternative or other maintenance or spare replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Reservations have to be made for improvements or excessive labour work to be practised at your/our quickest availability as no improvements or any such labour actions will be practised during maintenance visits.We provide primary and/or overall training courses via our premises for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, however more promoted training can be bought after the fundamental course has been achieved.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. Accordingly your machinery's assurance report and service history will evermore be able to be reviewed in any manner and at any time on our website or while disconnected. We value our machinery's assurance and servicing by using the barcode. Ultimate convenience are insured on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
