The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted quality guarantee on the whole machine, as well as each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Defects due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not at fault for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Thus aforesaid shall not be covered by our guarantee. Generally damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are readily available on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. The included service plan consists of standard cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as everyday ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be null and void if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you should get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to each and every time point a specialist supplies a service at your place. Except when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above named plans or arranged by the management, a call-out cost will be charged. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Transport costs to your property including settlement if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our branch including your place.Without notice, those charges may change point by time, for this reason beneficially inquire about call out including traveling costs beforehandWhether you would prefer to know if the machinery is adjusted to operate optimally, or you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, our servicing plan is here for you. Reservations must be made for reconstruction or intense labour function to be practised at your/our quickest availability as no repairs or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits.We provide principal and/or full training courses at our training facility for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machinery, first principal entry courses is included in your purchase, although more advanced training can be purchased after the basic course has been finished.A particular barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. Therefore your machinery's guarantee information and service history will evermore be able to be reviewed in any way and at any term on our database or offline. We honour our machines warranty and assistance by using the barcode. This secures your maximum convenience on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
