The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, including each subsystem, we only offer restricted attribute warranty unless stated differently. Errors by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations will be readily vacant upon demand.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a routine service. Standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as standard cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective should you not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say that within which case we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machinery rectified in every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to any time a technician offers a service at your place. A call-out fee will be charged unless the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or confirmed by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your establishment as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. When buying your machine, first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your investment, but more improved training can be bought after the fundamental course has been finished.A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. You will therefore evermore be able to analyze the machinery's warranty information and assistance history on our site or offline - in any form and at any moment. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's warranty and maintenance. Maximum comfort are insured on both the selling and assistance of your machines.
