Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only supply constrained characteristic warranty if not stated differently. Errors as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our constraint. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are readily vacant on inquiry.
Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Standard decrement restoration at a minimum cost, checking and calibration as well as common cleaning are covered within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery in the chosen service period, it is vital that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and void.
