The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give restricted attribute warranty on the whole machinery, including each subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including faulty equipment shortages are covered by the attribute warranty. We shall not be held at fault for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Our warranty will thus not cover aforesaid. Usually damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly available on demand.The machine(s) you are going to purchase compels a routine service. Standard ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as basic cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning that in which case we preferred that your machinery is improved once every three months, it is vital that you get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be charged. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.In addition to the call-out cost, traveling costs to your place as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. More advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been achieved although first fundamental entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. For this reason your machinery's guarantee information and assistance history will evermore be able to be reviewed in any manner and at any term on our webpage or offline.
