The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only offer restricted characteristic warranty unless stated differently. Shortages as a result of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not accountable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Accordingly aforementioned would not be covered by our guarantee. Definitely, damages that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are promptly available on appeal.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The enclosed service plan consists of everyday cleaning, investigation and arrangement, as well as basic depletion restoration at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not improved in the equal of dual that period. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. The current amount is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our warehouse and your property, should you recommend for us to go to you.Generously inquire about call out and travel costs ahead of time as those charges may vary point by instant without notice.Whether you would choose to find out if the machinery is fitted to function optically, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your machine for your contentment, our service plan is here for you. No fees will be implemented for the experts we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an alternative or additional service or spares restoration is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations must be made for adjustments or hard labour work to be practised at your/our earliest availability as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits.Primary and/or comprehensive training courses are offered through our premises for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first basic entry courses is combined in your investment, although more advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been accomplished.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. Therefore your machines guarantee info and assistance history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any form and at any moment on our database or offline. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximal benefit are ensured on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
