The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer bounded characteristic guarantee on each subsystem except stated any other way, including on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit components errors are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Quotations are promptly accessible on request.Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to obtain. A Call-out refers to any point a technician provides a service at your establishment. A call-out fee will be required except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the management. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as transport costs to your place, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. Sadly, no repairs or intense labour work will be done during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest convenience.We supply basic and/or extensive training courses via our training centre for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, but more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been completed.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. You will thus regularly be able to check the machine's guarantee info and service history on our database or offline - in any way and at any term. We honour our machines assurance and assistance by using the barcode. Ultimate comfort are ensured on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
