The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted trait warranty on the entire machine, as well as any subsystem if not stated any other way. The characteristic guarantee covers weaknesses by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship We are not responsible for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Accordingly aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations will be gladly available upon request.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a regular service. Checking and adjustment, standard cleaning , as well as general wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equal of dual that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine improved in every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician offers a service at your establishment. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or approved by the management. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Touring costs to your property including settlement if essential, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. The technicians required arrangements to be done to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be made by you. If you would choose for us to go to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse including your place.Without notice, those costs may change instant by extent, accordingly kindly seek an answer about call out including traveling costs in advanceIf you only want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility or want to know if the machine is set to work optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. No fees will be implemented for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to advise whether everything is normal or if an different or other servicing or spare restoration is needed. Bookings must be made for repairs or intense labour function to be done at your/our earliest availability as no repairs or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits.We provide principal and/or overall training courses through our premises for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, however more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been accomplished.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will for this reason always be able to check the machine's warranty report and assistance history on our webpage or offline - in any style and at any time. We honour our machinery's warranty and servicing by using the barcode. This secures your maximum comfort on both the reselling and service of your machines.
