The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, along with any subsystem, we only supply limited attribute guarantee if not stated differently. Shortages as a result of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machine. Our warranty will thus not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on inquiry.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to buy. Investigation and arrangement, standard cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and void if you do not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not improved in the equal of twice that period. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you should get your machinery fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a specialist offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be required. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your premises including accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We suggest that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. There is no fees for the technician we provide. Regrettably, no repairs or intense labour function will be practised during a sustainment visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience.Our training facility offers basic and/or complete training courses for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machinery, first basic entry courses is included in your investment, nevertheless more advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been accomplished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. Therefore your machinery's warranty data and service history will evermore be able to be analyzed in any way and at any instant on our website or offline.
