The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only supply limited attribute warranty unless stated any other way. A Call-out refers to each and every time instant a technician offers a service at your place. Lest confirmed by the company or covered by each of the above plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Transport costs to your property including settlement if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back.
