The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer bounded characteristic warranty on the entire machinery, and each subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including faulty components errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We cannot be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your equipment. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Naturally, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are immediately vacant.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Everyday decrement replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as basic cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machine serviced within every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to any extent a technician offers a service at your property. Except when the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above plans or confirmed by the managers, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation and transport costs to your property, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if essential. The preparations for the technician to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be made by you. We will not require any fees for the technician we supply. Unfortunately, no adjustments or excessive labour work will be done during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability.We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses via our premises for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been finished but first basic entry courses is included in your machine investment.A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. You will accordingly regularly be able to analyze the machine's guarantee info and servicing history on our website or offline - in any manner and at any term. By using the barcode we value our machines guarantee and service. Ultimate comfort are insured on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
Seeing that the quotation above involves our brand new model, the features, specs and extras are applicable thereto. Generously analyze from our sales assistant as to the age model quoted. In the incident that we don't have the brand new model obtainable, you will be entitled to pocket up to 5% exemption on the prior model, depending on minor execution or lower layout.
