The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, along with any subsystem, we only provide confined quality warranty if not stated any other way. Errors by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We shall not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. The concealed service plan encloses basic cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as common wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is necessary that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service guarantee will be null and meaningless. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to each and every time point a technician offers a service at your property. Lest per-approved by the company or enclosed by any of the above plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accommodation and travel costs to your place, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be made by you.
