The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted feature warranty on any subsystem except stated differently, and on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit equipment errors are covered by the quality guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our liability. Therefore aforementioned would not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on inquiry.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Standard ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and arrangement as well as basic cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and not viable if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you have to get your machinery fixed within every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a technician provides a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Except when accepted by managers or concealed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if required, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. We suggest that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. When obtaining your machine, first basic entry courses is enclosed in your investment, but more promoted training can be obtained after the primary course has been achieved.A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Review thus you will regularly be able to,in any way and at any term, check the machines warranty info and assistance history on our webpage or while disconnected. By using the barcode we value our machines guarantee and maintenance. Maximum benefit are protected on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
