The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined quality warranty on the whole machine, and each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Errors due to unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We are not accountable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforementioned. Certainly, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily available on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. Standard decrement restoration at a minimal cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as general cleaning are included in the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of double that period, should you not service your machinery within the chosen service period, or else your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every three months, you must get your machine fixed in every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each point a technician supplies a service at your establishment. Except when confirmed by the company or enclosed by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out cost, travel costs to your place including accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. When purchasing your machinery, first basic entry courses is included in your purchase, but more promoted training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been passed.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Review for this reason you will always be able to,in any way and at any instant, review the machinery's assurance data and service history on our website or offline. Our machinery's guarantee and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your ultimate convenience on both the reselling and service of your machinery's.
The above tender pertains to our recent model, therefore the features, details and extras are applicable thereto.
