The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, along with each subsystem, we only supply limited quality warranty if not stated any other way. Shortages as a result of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We aren't at fault for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your product. Thus aforesaid will not be covered by our warranty. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly vacant.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. The included service plan includes standard cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and void. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every three months, you should get your machine rectified in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required lest the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the management. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation and touring costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if essential.
