The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give restricted quality warranty on each subsystem except stated elseways, and on the entire machine. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable material errors are covered by the attribute warranty. We cannot be held liable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your machinery. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly accessible upon demand.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. General decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and arrangement as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning, you have to get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a specialist provides a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. Except when the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement including travel costs to your place, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if essential.
