The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, as well as each subsystem, we only supply bounded characteristic guarantee if not stated any other way. Defects due to unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our responsibility. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforestated. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be readily vacant upon demand.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a routine service. The covered service plan consists of basic cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as standard ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, elseways your service warranty will be null and void. Unless the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Transport costs to your premises and settlement if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost.
