The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only provide bounded attribute guarantee lest stated otherwise. Errors by reason of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We are not liable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our warranty will thus not cover aforementioned. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on inquiry.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. The enclosed service plan encloses basic cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as general depletion restoration at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Anytime a specialist provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Except when accepted by management or covered by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accompanying the call-out cost, traveling costs to your establishment as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. For this reason your machinery's guarantee data and assistance history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any way and at any time on our database or while logged off. Our machines warranty and service are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your supreme benefit on both the reselling and maintenance of your machines.
