The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, along with each subsystem, we only offer confined quality guarantee if not stated differently. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable equipment errors are covered by the quality warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our responsibility. Accordingly aforesaid shall not be covered by our warranty. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on request.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost, investigation and arrangement as well as common cleaning are covered within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and void. This is to say, you have to get your machine fixed within every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out points to to any extent a technician offers a service at your place. A call-out cost will be required except when the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or approved by the the company. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out fee, touring costs to your property and accommodation if essential, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back. For this reason your machines warranty information and maintenance history will evermore be able to be checked in any way and at any moment on our site or while disconnected. We value our machines warranty and service by using the barcode. This protects your ultimate convenience on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
The quotation above involves our advanced model, including as such the features, details and accessories are relevant thereto. Our sales consultants can be called relating to any information of the generation model quoted. In the incident that we don't have the newest model obtainable, you would be entitled to obtain up to 5% allowance on the older model, depending on lesser execution or insignificant layout.
