The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited characteristic guarantee on any subsystem unless stated differently, along with on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship and faulty equipment errors are covered by the attribute guarantee. Common wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our liability. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately available on demand.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a regular service. The covered service plan contains standard cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as general wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be worthless and void if you do not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you should get your machine serviced within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
A Call-out points to to any point a specialist offers a service at your property. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or approved by the managers, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation as well as touring costs to your establishment, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. We suggest that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, but more improved training can be obtained after the primary course has been finished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a individual barcode. You will accordingly regularly be able to analyze the machinery's assurance info and maintenance history on our website or offline - in any form and at any term. We honour our machinery's assurance and service by using the barcode. This protects your maximum comfort on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
The above quotation pertains to our recent model, therefore the features, details and additions are relevant thereto. Kindly inquire from our sales clerk as to the age model quoted.
