The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited feature guarantee on the entire machinery, and any subsystem if not stated elseways. Errors by cause of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on demand.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Standard wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, checking and positioning as well as standard cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and void should you not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning that within which case we recommend that your machine is improved once every three months, it is required that you get your machine serviced in every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Every time a specialist provides a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Unless confirmed by the company or covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as touring costs to your premises, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. If you would prefer for us to go to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse as well as your property.Beneficially enquire about call out and touring costs in advance as those fees may change point by instant without notice.Our service plan is suited for you if you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, or if you would like to find out if the machinery is fitted to function optimally. No fees will be assigned for the specialist we provide. During maintenance visits no improvements or hard labour work will be carried out and reservations can be made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.Our training centre offers basic and/or comprehensive training courses for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first principal entry courses is enclosed in your investment, however more promoted training can be bought after the fundamental course has been achieved.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. You will for this reason evermore be able to check the machinery's guarantee data and service history on our database or while disconnected - in any style and at any time. We honour our machinery's warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximal advantage on both the service and resell of your machines.
The above reference relates to our recent model, therefore the features, specifications and extras are suited thereto. Beneficially enquire from our sales representative as to the year model quoted.
