The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited quality warranty on each subsystem if not stated any other way, and on the whole machine. Defects by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your machine. Thus aforementioned would not be covered by our warranty. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on demand.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Checking and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as standard ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost are covered within the service plan. It is required that your machinery is fixed within the equal of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, otherwise your service warranty will be useless and not viable. This is to say, you should get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every three months or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to each and every time point a technician provides a service at your establishment. A call-out cost will be charged except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the managers. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation and travel costs to your place, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. The current percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our office as well as your premises, should you prefer for us to go to you.Without notice, those charges may differ time by instant, as a result kindly enquire about call out including transport costs ahead of timeIf you only want our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind or would like to know if the appliance is adjusted to work optically, our maintenance plan is here for you. There is no fees for the experts we supply. First fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase, however more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been achieved.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery.
