The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited characteristic guarantee on any subsystem if not stated differently, and on the entire machinery. Shortages due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our constraint. Therefore aforesaid would not be covered by our warranty. Of course, damages that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be promptly available upon demand.The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a routine service. General ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as basic cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and not viable if you do not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equal of dual that period. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you should get your machinery fixed in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a technician supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out.
