The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted trait warranty on each subsystem except stated elseways, along with on the whole machinery. Checking and arrangement, standard cleaning , as well as basic decrement restoration at a minimum cost are covered in the service plan. Meaning, you should get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. Unless accepted by management or included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the point of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Transport costs to your premises and settlement if essential, are on your account, along with the call-out cost.
