The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted trait guarantee on the whole machine, including each subsystem if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and defective components errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our constraint. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Upon demand, quotations are immediately vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a regular service. The included service plan consists of standard cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as standard depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective if you do not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equal of twice that period. Meaning that in which case we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machine fixed within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit.

First basic entry courses is included in your machine purchase, but more promoted training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed.With all our mainline of machinery's a unique barcode is sold. You will for this reason always be able to analyze the machine's warranty report and assistance history on our website or while logged off - in any form and at any time.
