The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, along with each subsystem, we only provide confined characteristic warranty lest stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with defective components defects are covered by the attribute guarantee. We aren't at fault for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Whenever a technician provides a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your premises and accommodation if essential, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. The prevailing amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our office including your establishment, should you prefer for us to come to you.Those fees may differ time by point without notice, so beneficially enquire about call out including touring costs beforehand.If you would prefer to know whether the appliance is fitted to work optimally, or you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your contentment, our service plan is perfect for you. Regrettably, no reconstruction or excessive labour function will be completed during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.Our training facility offers primary and/or extensive training courses for all machines we sell. When buying your machine, first basic entry courses is combined in your investment, although more advanced training can be bought after the primary course has been achieved.A particular barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. You will therefore regularly be able to check the machinery's guarantee information and service history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any form and at any term. We value our machinery's warranty and maintenance by using the barcode. This insures your supreme advantage on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
