The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We offer restricted quality guarantee on the entire machine, including each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Defects as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our fault. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforestated. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly vacant.
Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to purchase. The included service plan includes basic cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as basic decrement replacement at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machinery in the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period elseways your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective.
