The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. Weaknesses as a result of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We would not be held responsible for misuse or common wear and tear of your component. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our warranty. Certainly, damages that are not covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Basic wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and arrangement as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. When a service is offered at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required except when the call-out is covered by each of the above plans or confirmed by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement including travel costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if required. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back.
