The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide restricted quality guarantee on each subsystem if not stated elseways, and on the entire machine. The quality warranty covers errors as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We would not be held responsible for misuse or common wear and tear of your machine. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be promptly vacant upon inquiry.Routine service is required by the machinery you are going to purchase. Common depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and adjustment as well as common cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and void should you not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you should get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be legit.
Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except when accepted by the company or concealed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement and transport costs to your place, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. The technicians required preparations to be done to get picked up as well as sent back, are suggested to be done by you. Therefore your machines guarantee data and servicing history will always be able to be analyzed in any style and at any instant on our webpage or while logged off.
