Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide bounded characteristic guarantee on the whole machinery, including any subsystem if not stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship along with defective material defects are covered by the trait guarantee. We will not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Thus aforementioned would not be covered by our warranty. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. The covered service plan encloses basic cleaning, analyzing and calibration, as well as common depletion restoration at a minimal cost. More improved training can be bought after the basic course has been achieved although first principal entry courses is comprehended in your machine purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode.
